Our Research Process

  • We start each assignment with a detailed understanding of our client’s recruitment needs as well as their organisation’s structure, culture, vision and values.
  • We agree with the client on the research strategy, timeframe and the format of the research reports and updates frequency. We also discuss any off-limits agreements clients may have.
  • Based on our expertise and knowledge, we creatively compile a list of target companies.
  • We then map these organisations and identify potential candidates via telephone research, publicly available information and proactive networking.
  • We investigate recommendations of new potential candidates and obtain informal references on existing candidates through our established network of contacts and key opinion leaders in the marketplace.
  • We approach prospective candidates in strict confidence, gauge their interest and screen their suitability against the key skills and competencies of the client’s brief.
  • We qualify candidates across key areas including their current circumstances, career aspirations, level of interest in the opportunity, experience, skills and cultural fit.
  • We work closely with our client to facilitate the interview process and referencing.

Update Reports

Throughout the research process, we provide clients with regular update reports that give an overview of the findings including any relevant market intelligence, salary data and feedback.
